Silkac utilizes highly advanced machine learning and deep neural networks to generate dynamic, contextual chat experiences. By using our interface, you gain access to:

• ▹ Customizable personality matrices and narrative roleplay scenarios.
• ▹ Secure, cross-platform synchronization of your "Chat Stories."

Please note: All textual and narrative outputs generated by Silkac are algorithmic simulations intended solely for creative engagement, entertainment, and digital companionship. They are not substitutes for professional psychological support, medical advice, or factual reference.

3. Billing Protocols & Resource Allocation

Generating real-time, highly-contextual AI responses consumes significant cloud GPU resources. Uninterrupted access to deep-memory models and premium persona traits requires active VIP subscriptions or digital credits.

• ▹ Authorized Processing: All financial exchanges are processed strictly via secure, official platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play).
• ▹ Non-Refundable Processing: Because computational resources are consumed instantly upon prompt submission, purchased credits and active subscriptions are inherently non-refundable through Silkac.
• ▹ Dispute Routing: Any transaction disputes or refund requests must be directed to the billing platforms (Apple/Google) subject to their overarching policies.

4. Creative Sovereignty & Data Rights

Your Digital Assets: You maintain all intellectual property rights to the origin prompts, custom character lore, and narrative frameworks you input into the system.

Processing License: To effectively render responses and preserve your companion's memory states, you grant Silkac a temporary, secure, royalty-free license to encrypt, transmit, and temporarily cache your inputs exclusively for operating the service for you.

5. Security Protocols & Prohibited Actions

To ensure the integrity of our neural network and the safety of our userbase, you strictly agree not to utilize Silkac to:

• ▹ Generate, solicit, or distribute content that harms or exploits minors.
• ▹ Synthesize malicious deepfakes, unauthorized real-world impersonations, or illegal directives.
• ▹ Deploy automated scraping scripts to extract backend data or proprietary neural weights.
• ▹ Interfere with server stability via DDoS or unauthorized packet injection.

Violation of these security protocols will trigger automatic account termination, nullification of VIP status, and a permanent network ban.

6. Algorithmic Variability & Warranties

Generative AI relies on complex probabilistic models. Therefore, outputs may occasionally be unpredictable, hallucinatory, or misaligned with strict factual logic. Silkac provides no warranty regarding the absolute accuracy, narrative perfection, or commercial viability of generated texts. The system is provided "as is" and "as available," utilized entirely at your own discretion.

7. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by global cybersecurity law, the developers, operators, and affiliates of Silkac shall bear no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, server downtime, psychological distress linked to AI simulation, or intellectual property disputes regarding synthesized outputs.

These Terms and the operational relationship between you and Silkac shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our primary server operations are headquartered, discarding conflict of law provisions unless strictly mandated by local consumer protection statutes.
